All sales on products sold by Priceless Imprinters, Inc. are final. Products that are deemed defective by the manufacturer will be issued a return authorization number by said manufacturer and returned to said manufacturer. All products sold by Priceless Imprinters, Inc. are custom made or printed, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason.

Imprinted products require a signed paper proof approval before production begins. Priceless Imprinters, Inc. does not accept returned custom imprinted orders.

All requests for return authorization numbers must be completed in writing within 10 days of receipt of product.

By purchasing custom products from Priceless Imprinters, Inc. you are agreeing to the return policy, as stated above.

If any point you would like to see a production sample of any desired product with your logo or image, one can be provided at an additional cost to the customer. Sample products without the customer's logo or image are available. Please see our sample policy for more information.

Promotional Products: Cancellation Policy

Completed promotional products: Orders cannot be cancelled for products that have been already been produced.

Incomplete promotional products: Orders for products that have not yet been produced may be cancelled, but will incur a minimum cancellation charge of $50.00. Additionally, the customer will also be responsible for any additional factory fees, setup fees or any additional expenses incurred.

Priceless Imprinters is committed to creating high-quality promotional products at discount prices, and we value the satisfaction of our customers more than anything. To minimize mistakes, please review all paperwork carefully (layouts, order forms, proofs, etc.), and provide your account manager with any relevant information regarding your order, including your requested in-hands date, if any.
